User Rules

• No misuse of services including but not limited to illegal activities or infringement of rights.
• Respect confidentiality and proprietary information encountered through the consulting relationship.
• Avoid disrupting service operations or interfering with other users' access.
• Refrain from submitting fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.
• Abide by applicable intellectual property laws in all interactions and content shared.
• Communicate professionally and constructively with all CodeCLegal representatives.
• Report any security issues or breaches promptly to CodeCLegal support.

User Content Policy

Clients may submit materials for review or consultation; responsibility for content accuracy lies with the client.

Clients retain ownership of their content but grant CodeCLegal a limited license to use it for service provision purposes.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable upon termination of services.

Clients must ensure content does not violate laws or third-party rights, indemnifying CodeCLegal from liability arising from such content.

CodeCLegal reserves the right to remove content that breaches terms or disrupts service integrity.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to CodeCLegal services and website content are owned by or licensed to CodeCLegal.

Paid Services
